Mahbubnagar is a district in Telangana. Earlier Mahbubnagar was knowable as Rukmammapet and also as Palamoor too. by 1890, Rukmammapet was named as Mahbubnagar, which is in fact happened to be in honour of Mahabub Ali Khan, who is the Nizam of Hyderabad.
